Besides the savings, we tailor the music branding of each brand and manage the indoor radio content for the client and pay the copyright holders DIRECTLY, without the Brazilian rights societies as intermediaries. And that’s not all. We also offer an excellent opportunity to spread your music throughout approximately 1,500 points in Brazil.
Our agreement deals solely with the rights of public performance at MUSICDELIVERY's clients; that is, the artists and the copyright holders remain completely free to sign any other contracts they wish and receive royalty payments through their rights societies from other sources, like TV, radio and shows.

HOW ARE ROYALTIES PAID?
ECAD distributes the amounts collected in commercial establishments through a sampling of the songs most played by commercial radios. This means that a huge amount of songwriters, performers and musicians do not receive the royalties due, although their music may have been played in those establishments.
MUSICDELIVERY's payments to copyright holders – artists, songwriters, record labels, music publishers and musicians – are made based on the use of the music on the playlists. MUSICDELIVERY distributes 24% (twenty-four percent) of the amounts received (after tax deduction) every semester, with online reports.
